Methodology & official sources

Formula: an equal-weight arithmetic mean of each entered 0–100 practice indicator.

Archer mapping: Low = 45, Borderline = 60, High = 75, Very High = 88. This mapping is only a transparent planning convention; it is not a vendor-validated probability conversion.

Data coverage: based on source count, question volume, and whether the latest assessment is more than 60 days old. Coverage describes input completeness only.

Trend privacy: up to 12 dated results can be saved in this browser’s local storage. Trend entries are never uploaded and can be removed at any time.

How it works

NCLEX Readiness Score & Study Planner

Use this NCLEX readiness planner to summarize self-reported practice indicators from UWorld, Archer Review, ATI, and Kaplan. The result is a transparent planning index, not a predicted probability of passing and not an estimate of the official NCLEX ability logit.

The planner uses the official 2026 NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN passing standards and Client Needs distributions. It also reports data coverage separately so a single practice score is never presented with the same confidence as several recent, substantial assessments.
